Bounce House Safety & Rental Guidelines

Pickup Requirements

• Bounce houses

  must be transported in a pickup truck or trailer.

  They are too large and heavy to safely fit in most cars, SUVs, or vans.

Setup Requirements

• The bounce house

  must be securely staked down at all four corners

  before use. Never operate an unstaked bounce house.

Wind Safety

• If sustained winds or gusts reach

  25 mph or higher

  , immediately:

• Remove all children from the bounce house.

• Turn off and unplug the blower.

• Do not resume use until winds have dropped below safe levels.

Lightning & Severe Weather

• If lightning is seen or thunder is heard,

  stop using the bounce house immediately

  , remove all occupants, and unplug the blower.

Blower Safety

• Never turn off or unplug the blower while children are inside the bounce house.

• Keep the blower dry. While it can tolerate light rain,

  do not allow it to sit in heavy rain or standing water.

Moving the Bounce House

• Never move the bounce house while it is inflated or while anyone is inside.

  Deflate the unit completely before relocating it.

Adult Supervision

• Adult supervision is required at all times

  while the bounce house is in use.

Safe Use

• Follow the maximum occupancy and weight limits for your rental.

• No flips, wrestling, climbing on the walls, rough play, food, drinks, gum, shoes, or sharp objects inside the bounce house.

Liability

• By renting this equipment, the renter accepts responsibility for its safe setup and operation.
